Sha Po Fairyland

The Group is dedicated to achieving a balance between property development and environmental conservation. During the initial planning stage of PARK YOHO in Yuen Long, the Group identified specific areas within the site that held ecological potential. Through collaboration with conservation experts, a previously barren site was transformed into Sha Po Fairyland, Hong Kong’s sole private wetland, which spans approximately 500,000 square feet.

Following comprehensive restoration efforts, including introduction of river water and seawater from Deep Bay and planting of reeds and mangroves, the previously degraded landscape has been transformed into a vibrant, semi-natural wetland that provides habitats for a diverse range of species, standing as a testament to the Group’s enduring commitment to sustainable development.
