ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL
As one of SHKP’s properties under the Royal hotels portfolio, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL will offer 618 premium guestrooms, including 70 apartments. Located along the scenic Shing Mun River in Shatin, hotel guests can conveniently enjoy a host of activities ranging from cycling and hiking to shopping. In addition to four restaurants and bars, the hotel's facilities will also include a well equipped gym and a rooftop heated swimming pool. Scheduled to open in late 2019, ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL is a new brand that adopts a smart, innovative and dynamic hospitality concept.

Located near MTR Nam Cheong Station, Cheung Sha Wan hotel is a new concept lifestyle hotel for millennials situated in the transportation hub of the West Kowloon waterfront, offering superb enhanced lifestyle options extending from the integrated ICC complex and West Kowloon Cultural District. This project is currently in the planning stage.
