SHKP Club

Established in 1996, the SHKP Club is the first membership club set up by a property developer in Hong Kong. It currently has over 550,000 members.

Through both online and offline platforms, the Club provides members in Hong Kong and on the Mainland with the latest updates on SHKP properties, shopping malls and other Group businesses, along with exclusive privileges. It also collaborates with different business units to organize a range of activities that foster communication between members and the Group. These efforts help the Group better understand customer needs and market trends, driving continuous improvement in products and services while building long-term relationships with members.

Membership is free and open to individuals aged 18 and above. Buyers and tenants of SHKP residential properties, as well as principal guests of the Group’s Suite Hotel, are eligible to become Star Members, gaining access to additional premium benefits, including parking privileges at over 35 designated shopping malls in Hong Kong and on the Mainland.

In line with the Group’s belief in Building Homes with Heart, the SHKP Club launches Loving Home initiatives with a different theme each year to promote the Loving Home spirit.
