Green Buildings and Management

The Group integrates green features throughout the life cycle of its buildings, from design and construction to operation. Under its Sustainability Building Policy, the Group targets Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification for all new investment properties, specifically aiming for Gold or Platinum ratings for core commercial projects under development. 

 

The Group’s enhancement strategy leverages innovative technologies to optimize energy efficiency, indoor air quality, and resource utilization.  The Group implements rigorous Environmental Management Systems to drive continuous performance improvement across its portfolio.

  • First building in Hong Kong to receive BREEAM certification

  • The two towers achieved LEED v4.1 Operations and Maintenance: Existing Buildings Platinum certification, with Two ifc being the first building in Hong Kong to receive this distinction
