Deputy Landscape Project Manager

Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in architectural / landscape or related discipline
Minimum 7 years relevant experience
Post-qualification in project management experience preferably gained in soft landscape contractor / landscape firms or developers.
Hands on experience in production of landscape drawings & site supervision.
Responsible, well-organised and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent in written and spoken English
Knowledge in CAD is necessary; knowledge in Photoshop and SketchUp will be an advantage

Work independently in co-ordination with consultants and contractors
Supervise the implementation of site works and resolve technical issues
Able to vet and comment shop drawings from contractors
Responsible for overall project management, maintain project quality and time control on landscape works
Frequent meet with clients / consultants in decision-making role
